If you are adding a large quantity of wines to Vincellar, we recommend uploading your entire list. If you are adding only a few wines at a time, you can follow the instructions below.
- Start by logging in to your Vincellar account.
- From your 'Home' tab, select 'Consume wine' under Common tasks.
- Either search for a specific wine or select 'Browse My Inventory' and then select the wines that you would like to remove. Once your wines are selected, click 'Next: Enter Details'.
- For each wine you can specify the quantity and reason for the removal. If you prefer to delete the wine entirely from your history, you can click the trash icon next to the Reason dropdown. If you have just consumed the wine, you can add detailed tasting note information to save in your cellar history. Click 'Remove / Consume Wine' when finished.
