Vinfolio guarantees the availability of pre-arrivals and stands behind the provenance, condition, and delivery of every wine we sell on our site.
If you are not satisfied with your fine wine purchase or if we have made an error with your order please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will work closely with you to resolve the problem in a timely manner. We evaluate each situation on an individual basis in light of all facts and circumstances and we do everything we can to get you the best possible outcome. Please be sure to contact us promptly, as we generally cannot accept a return if title has been transferred to you for longer than 90 days.
Though infrequent, it is possible that one of our suppliers may be unable to deliver the quantity or bottle size that we originally ordered. If this happens, we guarantee that we will attempt to purchase the wine from another source (for up to three months) in order to fulfill our commitment to you, the customer. If you prefer to cancel the order without waiting for a replacement or if we are unable to source the wine within three months at a total cost equal to or below the original retail price, we will refund the original amount paid, including applicable sales taxes (without any cancellation fee applied). Please note that this guarantee does not apply to delays in pre-arrival deliveries, as expected arrival dates provided at the time of purchase are only our best estimate.
